The Studio has been active since 1982. At the present moment it is geared towards offering skilled, specialized services, and it avails itself of the services of 30 persons among partners, lawyers and collaborators, both fully employed and independent workers, and also of qualified outside consultants that help complete the range of the services offered.
We have covered, and presently cover, assignments of Administration, liquidation (of companies), and auditing in numerous and important firms both private and public, cooperatives and consortiums, and Public Associations, such as:
- C.C.I.A.A. (Chamber of Commerce) of Perugia;
- U.S.L. (Health Department);
- Large, central cities and historical, famous townships;
Some of our partners have been, or are presently, members of the Consiglio dell'Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti di Perugia (Council of the Order of CPAs of Perugia) and of the Unione Giovani Dottori Commercialisti dell'Umbria (Union of Young CPAs of Umbria), and also of various Commissioni Nazionali di Studio (National Research Committees) - for example, of the committee on the Issue of Tax Reforms of 1992.
