The information contained in the present message is to be considered of exclusive use of the person or of the company above mentioned. The personal information is treated exclusively for the organizational needs and aims related to managing the relationship with the users who have requested our services. Regarding these needs and aims, the data treatment is done with normal computer and electronic tools according to logic strictly related to the aims and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the safety and security of the data itself, through protective measures that do not allow access to data to anyone not authorized.

1. Inquiry requirements
The online inquiry does not imply the formation of a professional relationship between the parts. It has to be formulated without use of attached files and on circumscribed issues that lead to a single question and that don¹t require deepening examination on specific cases.
The inquiry needs to be clear and synthetic, written using the appropriate form, filling in which implies the acceptance of all the rules of service.
2. Reservations of acceptance
The Studio reserves the right to accept inquiries within three working days after receiving it.
3. Answer features
The answer to the question will be as much as possible concise, even though seeking to provide thoroughness and reliability, simplicity of the development of the themes and sufficient justification of the outcome given.
4. Waiting period
The answer is made available, usually, within the third working day after the inquiry has been accepted.
5. Clarification
The Studio has the right of asking, if necessary, further explanations in order to better understand the question.
6. Conditions of Service
The Studio will respond with the final terms of service (including professional fees) upon acceptance of the inquiry.
